Payer Senior Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Payer Senior Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead complex project implementations for healthcare payer clients, with a focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions that improve operations and outcomes. The consultant will partner closely with client stakeholders to manage timelines, guide end users through adoption, and provide reporting-driven insights that support informed decision-making. Success in this role will require strong project leadership, healthcare consulting experience, and the ability to work effectively across teams in a remote delivery model. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead full life cycle project implementations for healthcare applications. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Utilize advanced reporting tools to provide insights and analytics. Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Facilitate training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes. Qualifications 5-7 years of full life cycle project implementation experience in healthcare applications such as Cadence, Prelude, or Grand Central. Current certification in at least one of the specified applications is mandatory. Experience with advanced reporting tools like Dashboard and Reporting Workbench is preferred.
