Payer Enrollment Specialist

Brief Description Payer Enrollment Specialist Full-Time Job Description Flexible daytime hours Monday- Friday with potential for working remotely once training is complete. Responsible for completing and submitting provider enrollment applications to Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and managed care organizations accurately and in a timely matter Process provider revalidations, re-enrollments, demographic updates, practice-location changes and terminations with contracted payers Monitor payer enrollment applications and follow-up on pending, incomplete, or rejected applications Maintain accurate provider demographic, licensure, practice location, and payer participation information Communicate with Insurance companies, government agencies, providers, credentialing department, billing team, and other internal departments Qualifications Knowledge of payer enrollment processes preferred Excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail, computer and telephone skills desirable Provided Benefits IPERS Short-Term Disability (Employer Paid Coverage)—New York Life Basic Life and AD&D Insurance (Employer Paid Coverage)— New York Life Employee Assistance Program—Connections Access to professional services to help you deal with the following, but not limited to, financial, drug/alcohol or grief.
