As an operations consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering preferred
  • Experience operating dbt at scale on Databricks
  • Prior work with healthcare analytics packages
  • Designing CI/CD pipelines for Databricks Asset Bundles
  • Provisioning Azure Databricks workspaces and managing isolation patterns
  • Building Python CLI tools with argparse and YAML configuration
  • Designing AI agent systems for development workflows
  • Familiarity with corporate network constraints
  • Experience with multi-cloud data flows

Pay Range

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
