About the role
Support the dealerships with various accounting-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Stock in new inventory
- Enter general ledger entries
- Process accounts receivable invoices
- Make bank deposits and perform bank reconciliation
- Issue internal invoices
- Communicate with dealership personnel regarding inventory updates
- Data entry
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
Requirements
- Diligent, organized, and extremely detail-oriented
- Accounts receivable experience
- Bank reconciliation experience
- Intermediate computer knowledge with MS Office, including Excel
- Accuracy with 10-key pad and typing skills
- Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule
- Knowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands
Pay
Hourly pay range: $19.37–$23.27
