Pawspitality Specialist - PART TIME

About the role

KLN Family Brands is a 3rd generation family-owned business that started in 1964 with its corporate headquarters located in Perham, MN, in the heart of MN lakes country. Together, our companies manufacture a diverse and expanding range of high-quality human and pet food products. At KLN Family Brands, our vision is that “We are a proud people-first company. We are successful because of trust-based relationships and first-rate products for our families and friends. We better the world by caring for others. We challenge. We grow. We inspire.” Some companies have to “fudge the story” a little. Some need the extra “spin” to shine a positive light on themselves. That’s not who we are at KLN Family Brands, and that’s not what we do. We tell the story of our brand – our people, the quality of our products, our spirit & moxie, our tradition, and the way we treat our community & beyond. We do it in a genuine way because we genuinely believe we’re a pretty amazing company.

The Spot Training Facility is our vehicle to help deliver the “why” of what we do each and every day. Our mission is to provide expert service dog training to our veteran and first responder community, alongside their K9 “Battle Buddy”. We will walk hand in paw in hand with them and provide a safe, comfortable and low-stress environment during their journey. Our boarding, playcare, full-service grooming, mobile grooming, and retail departments are a direct support towards the success of our mission.

Imagine having a chance to start your career working for a company that is specifically built to give back to our veterans and first responders? Imagine having the chance to be part of our team in brand new, state of the art dog training, boarding, playcare, full-service grooming, mobile grooming, and retail facility? Imagine being direct part of building up from our foundation, where our success will be measured in giving back?

We’re now hiring a Pawspitality Specialist to support our boarding, playcare and retail departments located in Greenfield, MN. You will be responsible for working as a team in canine and feline kennel management while providing a safe, comfortable, and highly enjoyable stay and play for our furry guests. We also have a retail area for our customers, where we will provide our lines of KLN Family Brands dog and cat foods, treats, and people treats as well! If you are looking for a rewarding career and want to work for an organization that is built to give back, you may have stumbled onto the purrrfect opportunity. Anything is pawsible!
