Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent safety and health of clients.
• Provide companionship and support for personal hygiene and dressing.
• Schedule, attend, and report on medical and therapeutic appointments.
• Help with shopping, cooking, and cleaning activities.
• Instruct clients in healthy living practices, including regular exercise, socialization, and entertainment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience working with disabilities preferred, but not required.
• Driver’s license required with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Submit a letter from a person or employer verifying field experience.
