About the role

Pavement Preservation Group is seeking Paving, Seal Coat & Slurry Seal Crew Members. We are the union of industry leaders—Cactus Asphalt, American Pavement Preservation, and Viking Construction. Our mission is to provide top-notch asphalt preservation and repair services while maintaining trust, quality, and the longevity of your surfaces.

Qualifications

• Construction/Outdoor work experience (preferred)
• Entry Level Positions: Crack Seal/Seal Coat Laborer, Slurry Seal Laborer (Seasonal), Paving Laborer (Seasonal)
• Experienced Positions: Crack Seal/Seal Coat Operator, Slurry Seal Operator (Seasonal), Paving Operator (Seasonal)

Requirements

• Ability to commute to job location
• Pass a drug test at all times
• Willingness to travel: 60%- 100% (Required)
• Valid driver's license
• Specific vision abilities
• Able to actively talk, hear, and stay physically active all day
• Able to lift and move items up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 90 pounds occasionally
• Frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, extreme weather conditions, and loud noise levels
