PAVER OPERATOR - LABORER - TACK TRUCK/DISTRIBUTOR CDL DRIVER - PLANT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Operate a tarpaulin truck/distribution CDL to transport materials efficiently.
• Supervise and manage a team of laborers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational readiness.
• Assist in plant operations, including loading/unloading materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Valid CDL license with an additional T endorsement.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction materials industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of basic machinery operation and maintenance.
