About the role
The Paver Operator is responsible for laying and finishing concrete pavers in various projects.
Responsibilities
- Lay and finish concrete pavers according to project specifications.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in construction or related field preferred.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Skills
- Concrete paver laying skills.
