Pattonville School District Support Staff - Evening Custodial Lead - Holman Middle School - 2026-2027

260 days / 12 month position, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (3:30 pm – 12:00 am).

Pay

Pay grade M110: $19.20 – $28.58 per hour, determined by years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contact person for all evening and night activities in the school.
• Ensure that all equipment related to evening and night activities is properly set up and broken down.
• Ensure that all exterior doors are securely shut when the building is closed.
• Arm the building alarm system at the conclusion of the shift.
• Ensure all evening and night custodial related work is effectively completed and address areas of deficiency.
• Regularly communicate with the custodial supervisor regarding the status of work orders, custodial related concerns, and ensure that action is taken to resolve concerns.
• Provide information to the building supervisor that will contribute to the custodial evaluation process.
• Orient substitute custodians regarding their work responsibilities and provide ongoing technical support and direction for the custodians.
• Make recommendations for disciplinary action to district supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).

• Perform moderate to heavy manual labor.
• Ability to perform daily tasks with minimum supervision.
• Communicate effectively.
