Pattern Engineer
About the role
We are partnering with this company to present an exciting opportunity for a Pattern Engineer focused on delivering high-quality pattern development support for a dynamic apparel environment. Our team is looking for a detail-driven professional who can contribute to fit sessions, tech pack creation, and garment construction work while collaborating across a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine patterns to support apparel creation and ensure alignment with design intent.
- Participate in fit sessions and apply feedback to improve pattern accuracy and garment performance.
- Create and maintain tech packs while supporting clear communication across the product development process.
- Collaborate with technical designers and cross-functional partners to deliver work on deadline in a hybrid environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of patterns, garment construction, and fit sessions.
- Experience with tech pack creation.
- Proficiency in CLO and Adobe Illustrator.
- Degree highly preferred.
