Patrol Security Officer - Part Time

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer for a part-time overnight position. This role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Have a state license if required
