Patrol Security Officer

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Ambassador. What matters most in this role is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and physical ability are essential, as you will be patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers.

About the role

Site Location: Kansas City, MO

Set schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 2nd shift, 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $21/hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 2nd shift, 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
