About the role

Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must possess a valid New Mexico driver’s license.
- Must meet all requirements set by the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy for certification as a peace officer (for Deputy Sheriff).
- Must meet all requirements for the Assessor’s Office (for Deputy Assessor).
