PATIENTS SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediate full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Mayo Clinic Methodist Hospital located at 201 West Center Street, Rochester, MN 55905. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time with days and hours varying, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding complaints or requests for time off.
• May serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous food service and supervisory experience is required.
