Patient Transporter Van Driver CNA

As a Patient Transporter Van Driver CNA, you will operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks and fuel vehicles as needed.
• Ensure periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.
• Prepare accident and incident reports when necessary.
• Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle.
• Provide additional services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation.

Requirements

• CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to drive a multi-passenger vehicle safely, including reading and interpreting road signs in English.
• Ability to recognize vehicle maintenance needs and perform minor repairs.
• Strong reasoning skills to interpret policies, procedures, maps, and route directions.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Must be on call and open to working part-time.
• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Possess and maintain a safe driving record.
