Transporter

• Accept patient move assignments from the Dispatcher
• Provide a safe and efficient transport of the patient; this may be done utilizing a wheelchair, stretcher, or bed and must always be done in a quick yet safe manner
• Work closely with the nursing staff to ensure that continuity of patient care is maintained at all times
• Be compliant with mandatory education and health requirements

Education & Credential Requirements

• A High School Diploma is required
• A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
