Patient Transporter Part Time

Position Details

Transports patients and equipment to and from various departments within the Medical Center. Performs various patient related activities, as assigned. Maintains PAR levels for equipment in various locations throughout the Medical Center.

Education

• Licensure: BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) program
• Preferred Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred Experience: Two years customer service experience
• Preferred Certifications: N/A
• Preferred Other: N/A

Physical Requirements

• Pushes, pulls, and/or lifts 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Prolonged standing and walking during each shift
• Grips, reaches, bends, kneels, twists, and squats to perform duties
