About the Role

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Transporters to provide non-emergency medical transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to various destinations using company vehicles.
• Assist passengers with entry, exit, and securing them and their equipment in vehicles.
• Use navigation tools and dispatch systems to ensure timely, efficient trips.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and complete accurate documentation.
• Follow safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality standards, including HIPAA.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and provide respectful service to diverse populations.
• Report incidents or delays promptly and work independently within a team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 22 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, and maneuver over 125 pounds with or without assistance.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, effective communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in varying environments, including exposure to weather and medical settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in non-emergency transportation or healthcare.
• Bilingual skills.
• Knowledge of the local area.

Pay

Starting at $20/hour.
