We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about team, mission, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the role" not exactly. We need headings:

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. The posting text: "Our team members are the heart of what makes us better. In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." We need to remove boilerplate: "If you feel that the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!" is application instruction, remove. Also maybe "Minimum rate of $17.62 Hourly" is pay info, we need to include Pay section if posting actually states them. It does state minimum rate $17.62 hourly. So we can include Pay section. Benefits: "In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." That's benefits content. Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. No schedule info. So we should NOT create Schedule section. We need sections: About the role (intro about mission, culture). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required). Possibly Qualifications? The posting includes "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required". That could be Requirements or Qualifications. We'll treat as Requirements. Skills maybe separate? The posting also includes a list of factors affecting pay (Experience, Education and Certifications, Skills, Geographic Location, Internal Equity, Budget and Grant Funding, etc.) That's more about compensation factors, not necessarily requirements. But we could include a "Qualifications" section for those? However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the pay explanation text (the long paragraph about pay equity, etc.) as part of Pay section. Also benefits paragraph. We need to avoid filler like "Experience Years of relevant work experience." That's a heading-like phrase but it's part of the compensation factors list. It's not a proper sentence; it's like a label. We need to preserve it as is? It's part of the posting: "Experience Years of relevant work experience. Education and Certifications Level of education attained, including specialized certifications, credentials, completed apprenticeship programs or advanced training. Skills Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies. Geographic Location Cost of living and market rates for the specific location. Internal Equity Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization. Budget and Grant Funding Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered. Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts." These are bullet-like statements but not in a list. We could turn them into a

    • list under a section maybe "Compensation Factors" but we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put them under Pay section as details about how pay is determined. Or under Requirements? They are not requirements but factors influencing pay. Probably best to include them under Pay section as additional detail. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. So we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside sections, we need to use

      for prose and

      • for lists. We need to extract responsibilities as list items. Let's list responsibilities from the paragraph after "The Transportation Aide is responsible for transporting patients and/or specimens upon request throughout the assigned area. A day in the life of a at Hackensack Meridian Health includes ..." We'll break each sentence into a duty. List: - Transports patients by the use of wheelchairs and with stretcher/bed transports, ensuring safe handling of patients to prevent falls. - Transports patients to and from appropriate units or Imaging Modalities within expected time frames, and also ensuring the patient's chart is brought along. - Maintains regular and open communication with Dispatch/Modality/Unit to notify of receipt of task, changes or delays in transport, and completion of tasks. - Open communication is important to avoid non-productive time. (maybe combine with previous) - Ensure that patient support apparatus such as IV pumps and oxygen tanks are handled safely during transport. - Responsible for removing equipment from service that is unsafe or unclean. - Responsible for oxygen tank exchange. - Where applicable, obtains supplies from central supply as requested. - Transporter follows established isolation protocol in use of personal protective equipment and hand washing techniques. - Transporter uses two patient identifiers to correctly identify patient. - Proper protocol followed for patient expirations. - Where applicable, transports specimens to the laboratory, and delivers blood and blood products in a timely manner. - Proper protocol followed for specimens/blood work. - Where applicable, picks up slides for physicians to review from laboratory as requested. - Participates/uses the automated systems in a timely and accurate manner to assist with patient throughput. - Lifts a minimum of 10 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 50 lbs. and stands a minimum of length of shift. - Identifies the needs of the patient population served and modifies and delivers care that is specific to those needs (i.e., age, culture, language, hearing and/or visually impaired, etc.). - This process includes communicating with the patient, parent, and/or primary caregiver(s) at their level (developmental/age, educational, literacy, etc.). - Assists with environmental duties in departments or units including pick up and disposal of recycling/trash receptacles; also linen removal from laundry bins to proper disposal area such as chutes for collection as requested. - Adhere to cleaning requirements and procedures as assigned - Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies. We could combine some. Now Requirements: "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs. Utilizes social skills and communicates appropriately to alleviate fears and/or anxiety of the patient and provide the Best Healthcare Experience." We can make that a list: - High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. - Utilizes social skills and communicates appropriately to alleviate fears and/or anxiety of the patient and provide the Best Healthcare
