About the role
The Manager Patient Support Services oversees Environmental Services, Patient Transport, and Communications and Guest Services operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the hospital maintains a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for delivering medical care.
- Directs communications and guest services to provide a seamless, patient-centered experience throughout the facility.
- Led the development and implementation of the patient transport team and provides ongoing supervision of its operations.
Requirements
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 1.0 FTE. Days primarily; evenings, nights, and weekends as needed to support team
- Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, Two years of progressive leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Associate of Arts degree in Management
- Experience: Two years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting
