Responsibilities
- Answer patient inquiries via phone and email
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
