About the Role
This full-time role (40 hours per week) is based in Skokie and Evanston, with some travel to other locations. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility required to meet operational needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience; previous administrative experience in a medical office preferred
- Insurance knowledge preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Collect co-payments
- Complete patient registration
- Provide administrative support to the physician practice
- Check in and check out patients
