Responsibilities
- Supervise the operation of patient navigation services.
- Ensure courteous and professional customer service.
- Manage work schedules and ensure adequate coverage and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee the multi-line telephone system, ensuring calls are answered and transferred efficiently.
- Maintain customer service quality by addressing inquiries and providing support for UCFS Health Center services.
- Ensure proper call handling procedures and protocols are followed.
- Oversee the initial client intake process, ensuring accuracy in the entry of demographic and insurance information.
- Coordinate insurance verification processes.
- Provide guidance in telephonic and in-person support for clients/patients, including assessments for social determinants of health.
- Facilitate communication plans, timelines, and follow-ups for ongoing client support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Five to seven years of related experience in patient navigation or customer service, including supervisory roles.
- Call Center experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role is strongly preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-Time, 40 hours/week; Monday through Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm.
