Responsibilities

• Ensure patient's safety by providing a safe environment
• Assist patient with routine activities
• Coordinate care with appropriate hospital personnel
• Document implementation of safety protocols
• Demonstrate the UnityPoint Health Values and Standards of Behaviors as well as adhere to policies and procedures and safety guidelines
