Skill Requirements
- High school diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- At least 4 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment, with a strong knowledge of shipping processes and patient service
- At least 4 years’ experience in case management or a call center role, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize patient needs
- Excel at both verbal and written communications, with a history of providing patient-centered support and building positive relationships with patients, medical professionals, and team members
- Skilled with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and have solid documentation and organizational abilities
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) – this is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Serving as the main liaison and concierge for patients, healthcare offices, and internal field teams, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the treatment process
- Organizing and coordinating shipment logistics using pharmacy software and web-based portals to guarantee accurate and timely deliveries of vital therapies
- Reaching out proactively to patients for initial and refill communications, providing updates, education, and compassionate assistance
- Enrolling patients in product return programs and ensuring complete, compliant documentation
- Maintaining detailed electronic records of all interactions and activities in accordance with program guidelines and compliance regulations
- Addressing and resolving patient and healthcare provider inquiries about referrals, deliveries, and services, escalating concerns as needed while collaborating internally
- Upholding the highest standards for privacy, compliance, and issue reporting to protect patient safety and organizational integrity
