Patient Services Specialist Full-Time Eagle Valley Family Practice

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly reception duties.
• Organize patient flow and keep physicians and patients on schedule.
• Maintain patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner.
• Handle phone calls for the office manager, physicians, and nurses appropriately.
• Assist with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Receptionist/clerical experience required.
• Patient care background preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred.

About the Role

This is a Full-Time, patient-focused Patient Services Specialist position at Valley View's Eagle Valley Family Practice clinic in Eagle. The position includes full-time scheduling and registration duties, and is eligible for Employee Referral Bonuses.
