As a 14‑site Federally Qualified Health Center in Missoula County, PHC offers a full range of primary care services—medical, dental, behavioral health, and an on‑site pharmacy—with a dedication to addressing the social determinants of health. This recruitment is for a position at PHC’s Watershed Clinic. The PSR Team regularly engages in department and inter‑department celebrations and recognition, and the Call Center PSR team is based on the PHC campus.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls to the health center.
- Perform clerical and reception duties.
- Assess patient income for discounted services at Partnership Health Center.
- Provide compassionate, patient‑centered service even in challenging interactions, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
Experience in a call center or prior work in a dental or medical office is preferred.
