About the role

Serve as a professional and welcoming representative of the Training HAUS’s patients, families, visitors, and Viking stakeholders. This is position which frequently requires front-line customer service and problem resolution. This is a full-time role, working Monday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Thursday & Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM out of our Hudson, New Richmond, and Stillwater locations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, collect pre-payments and insurance information
  • Manage multiple meeting hosts, providers, and class instructor schedules through Mind Body and Outlook calendars
  • Accurately and efficiently schedule new and existing patients in the current practice management system
  • Communicate all pertinent patient information regarding their call to include; appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments
  • Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices
  • Chart management
  • Maintain timely communication with patients and families while in clinic
  • Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Customer service experience required
  • Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred
  • Experience teaching fitness classes preferred

Qualifications

  • Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 or more hours per day)
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching within the office environment
  • Ability to lift and carry office supplies or files weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents
  • Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer)

Benefits & Compensation

Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience. A $1,500 sign-on bonus will be offered for select roles, payable on first paycheck with a 12-month commitment.
