About the role
The OU College of Dentistry is seeking a Senior Patient Services Representative to support the Implantology Clinic.
Responsibilities
- Congestion management and coordination of patient scheduling
- Management of administrative functions
- Ensuring high standards of service in all patient interactions
- Serving as a primary point of contact for patients and visitors
- Providing support to dental providers, students, and clinic staff
- Supporting quality patient care and efficient clinic operations through strong organization and attention to detail
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 months experience with a minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical environment and 12 months experience in a customer service role
