Patient Services Representative (PSR), Transplant, Full Time, First Shift
Responsibilities
- Engages in population appropriate communication.
- Has knowledge of growth and development milestones and tasks.
- Gives clear instructions to patients/family regarding treatment.
- Involves family/guardian in the assessment, initial treatment and continuing care of the patient.
- Identifies any physical limitations of the patient and deploys intervention when necessary.
- Recognizes and responds appropriately to patients/families with behavioral health problems.
- Interprets population related data and plans care appropriately.
- Identifies and responds appropriately to different needs resulting from, unique psychological needs or those associated with religious / cultural norms.
- Performs treatments, administers medication or operates equipment safely.
- Recognizes and responds to signs/symptoms of abuse or neglect.
Qualifications
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Associate's Degree.
- Minimum Required: 0 - 6 Months equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 1 - 2 Years equivalent experience.

Patient Services Representative
Serves as the main point of contact for all patients. Interacts with patients as they enter, leave, or request assistance within any of our facilities. Ensures smooth scheduling and documentation. Provides assistance with patient care tasks as needed, supports clinical staff, and enhances the patient experience. Calls patients to confirm appointments, manage scheduling, and ensure patients are prepared for their visits. Collaborates with physicians, coordinators, and other healthcare team members to address their needs, coordinate patient care, and support overall clinic workflow. Maintains clear and accurate communication with patients and staff to promote effective and compassionate care delivery.
