Patient Services Representative II, Pediatrics

Role Overview: This position serves as the first point of contact for patients entering an outpatient medical facility. Responsibilities: Greet and check-in patients, verify information, schedule appointments, update Electronic Health Records (EHR), facilitate intake procedures, and collect payments. Qualifications: HS diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Skills & Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance policies, patient billing, and computer applications like Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within team environments while maintaining patient confidentiality. Additional Info: May perform departmental tasks, orient staff, and travel between locations. Works full-time, weekdays with rotating weekends, and adheres to organizational policies ensuring privacy and safety. Salary ranges from $26.06 to $36.48 per hour, with benefits included.
