Patient Services Representative

About the role

This is a 13-week contract starting June 16th and will NOT require any weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone
• Distribute email lists and merge profiles
• Help with patient intake and discharge
• Submit Epic logs, open mail, disperse fax documentation to correct department

Requirements

• Must have strong clinic experience
• Must have strong Epic experience
• Must have AT LEAST 2 years of Patient Services/medical office experience
• Must pass an Epic test out course
• Must have excellent Microsoft Suite experience: WORD, POWERPOINT, EXCEL, etc.

Pay

We are seeking to pay $20-$23 hourly for this administrative office job, which comes with minimal training.

Schedule

40 hours a week Mon - Fri
