Responsibilities

  • Expertly answer multiple-line telephone with a consistently amazing attitude
  • Schedule/new patient appointments promptly
  • Schedule/book follow-up patient appointments
  • Take messages accurately and ensure follow-through
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Route electronic faxes to the correct team member
  • Other duties may include confirming insurance benefits and deductibles, using electronic medical records, faxing, copying, stocking, assisting the doctors and office medical staff with various duties

  • Works calmly under pressure
  • Knowledgeable in switching between tasks and detail-oriented
  • Well organized and punctual
  • Genuinely enjoys helping others
  • Positive, skilled in communication and listening
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Speaks Spanish fluently
  • Has professional attire, behavior, and language

Experience and Qualifications

  • Prior Medical Front Office Experience Required
