Responsibilities
- Expertly answer multiple-line telephone with a consistently amazing attitude
- Schedule/new patient appointments promptly
- Schedule/book follow-up patient appointments
- Take messages accurately and ensure follow-through
- Provide superior customer service
- Route electronic faxes to the correct team member
- Other duties may include confirming insurance benefits and deductibles, using electronic medical records, faxing, copying, stocking, assisting the doctors and office medical staff with various duties
Qualifications
- Works calmly under pressure
- Knowledgeable in switching between tasks and detail-oriented
- Well organized and punctual
- Genuinely enjoys helping others
- Positive, skilled in communication and listening
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Speaks Spanish fluently
- Has professional attire, behavior, and language
Experience and Qualifications
- Prior Medical Front Office Experience Required
