We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "How You'll Contribute" which is responsibilities. Also "Why join us" includes benefits. "What We're Looking For" includes qualifications/requirements. Also there is description about the organization maybe "About the role"? The intro paragraph about experience matters etc could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (intro), "Responsibilities" (How You'll Contribute), "Requirements" (What We're Looking For), "Benefits" (Why join us). No Pay or Schedule given. Also maybe "Qualifications" could be separate but we can combine with Requirements. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content. Intro paragraph: "Your Experience Matters Up Health System- Portage part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network with facilities coast to coast. We are driven by a profound commitment to prioritize your well-being so you can provide exceptional care to others. By joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier ®. Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve." That's about the organization and role. We'll put in

    About the role

with that paragraph. Responsibilities: "How You'll Contribute A Patient Services Representative who excels in this role: Facilitates the patient referral process and obtains appropriate pre-certifications as requested by the provider(s). Responsible for greeting patients; check-in, check-out, scheduling and managing telephones and messages. Collects and posts co-pays, deductibles and past due patient balances at the time of service" We need to format as list: each duty as
  • . So
    • Facilitates the patient referral process and obtains appropriate pre-certifications as requested by the provider(s).
    • Responsible for greeting patients; check-in, check-out, scheduling and managing telephones and messages.
    • Collects and posts co-pays, deductibles and past due patient balances at the time of service.
Requirements: "What We're Looking For Patient Services Representative: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent RequiredPreferred Minimum Work Experience: 2 years Medical Office experience Preferred. Experience with Medical Referrals Preferred Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Certifications: BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)" We need to parse into list items. Let's break: - Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - Preferred Minimum Work Experience: 2 years Medical Office experience Preferred. - Experience with Medical Referrals Preferred - Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. - Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. - Certifications: BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) We'll output as
    • ...
    • etc. Benefits: "Why join us We Believe That Investing In Our Employees Is The First Step To Providing Excellent Patient Care. In Addition To Your Base Compensation, This Position Also Offers Comprehensive Benefits: Multiple levels of medical, dental and vision coverage for full-time and part-time employees.Financial Protection & PTO: Life, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, short- and long-term disability, paid family leave and paid time off.Financial & Career Growth: Higher education and certification tuition assistance, loan assistance and 401(k) retirement package and company match.Employee Well-being: Mental, physical, and financial wellness programs (free gym memberships, virtual care appointments, mental health services and discount programs).Professional Development: Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities." We need to list benefits as items. Could break into categories but we can just list each benefit as separate
    • . However we need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract each benefit: - Multiple levels of medical, dental and vision coverage for full-time and part-time employees. - Life, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance - Short- and long-term disability - Paid family leave - Paid time off - Higher education and certification tuition assistance - Loan assistance - 401(k) retirement package and company match - Mental, physical, and financial wellness programs (free gym memberships, virtual care appointments, mental health services and discount programs) - Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities We could also include "We Believe That Investing In Our Employees Is The First Step To Providing Excellent Patient Care." as prose before list. Thus

      Benefits

      with a

      for the introductory sentence then

list. We must not include EEOC statement, etc. Remove duplicated lines. Also remove "More About UP Health System - Portage Your Regional Medical Center ..."? That is substantive about the organization; maybe could be part of About the role? But we already have About the role intro. Could add another paragraph about the facility details. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that description about the medical center, community, etc. That is substantive. Where to place? Could be another section like "About the facility" but we only have allowed headings list; we could add another

        About the organization

but not in list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive; we could use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. But we could incorporate the facility description into About the role section as additional paragraphs. That would preserve all info. Thus About the role will have multiple paragraphs: first intro about mission, then description of UP Health System - Portage facilities and community. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Hancock is a community that brings together small-town values, rich history and a four-season wonderland for outdoor enthusiasts - without long commute times or congested highways. The Keweenaw is home to two universities - Michigan Technological University and Finlandia University. The community benefits from the diversity, culture and high standards of living contributed to our small town. We often call the Keweenaw the "Copper Country" because of the amount of natural "float" copper found in the area. In fact, at 90% pure, much of the copper is the purest copper in the world. Welcome, to the Keweenaw Peninsula!
