About the role
The Patient Services Representative plays a crucial role in Augusta Oncology, handling all incoming calls and coordinating patient scheduling and communications.
Responsibilities
- Carefully assess the needs of patients and other callers
- Coordinate patient scheduling and communication activities
- Routinely route calls to the appropriate team member
Requirements
- Previous call center and/or customer service experience
- Healthcare experience
- Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
- Strong data entry skills (a plus)
Qualifications
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19*
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including navigating assigned computer programs and taking notes
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
