About the role

The Patient Services Representative plays a crucial role in Augusta Oncology, handling all incoming calls and coordinating patient scheduling and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Carefully assess the needs of patients and other callers
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and communication activities
  • Routinely route calls to the appropriate team member

Requirements

  • Previous call center and/or customer service experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
  • Strong data entry skills (a plus)

Qualifications

  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19*
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating assigned computer programs and taking notes
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities
