Our premier team of more than 200 healthcare providers, including over 70 orthopedic specialists, serves all orthopedic and sports medicine needs from 25 orthopedic clinics across the Valley.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer / patient service
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Working knowledge of computer programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understand/Perform training on practice management software
  • Continue to expand knowledge of practice management software as updates occur
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least one year of medical office experience
  • 1+ year using an EMR with ModMed experience preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Basic phone handling skills - Contact Center experience
  • Basic knowledge of insurance plans and the specialty referral process
