About the role
Patient Service Representatives serve as the initial point of contact for MBJI patients, handling inbound and outbound calls, welcoming patients, and assisting with their healthcare needs.
Responsibilities
- Accurately register patients in the EMR (Athena)
- Manage patient check-in process
- Collect copays and outstanding balances
- Handle patient referrals
- Support other front desk operations as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience with Athena EMR is a plus

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
