Responsibilities

• Handle 40-60 inbound calls daily from seniors and their caregivers.
• Collect and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Connect clients with the right services.
• Serve as a trusted link between families and the resources they need.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare.
• 2+ years in a call center environment.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish or English/Creole.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM.

Schedule

Hybrid - 3 days in office Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
