Patient Services Representative - Dental
Responsibilities
- Reception and answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Arranging interpreters for services needed
- Registering patients
- Aiding with insurance, sliding fee, and pre-authorization applications
- Processing request for records
- Referral assistance
- Performing other general office duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year experience as a receptionist in a dental office setting
- Bi-lingual, English and a second language preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
