Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service and supervise Patient Dining Associates.
• Assist with menu customization to meet dietary needs.
• Ensure timely delivery and retrieval of patient meal trays.
• Communicate patient concerns to appropriate staff.
• Support dietitians in delivering quality nutritional care.
• Uphold food safety and patient confidentiality standards.
• Oversee operational and strategic goals of the Patient Dining Program.
• Conduct team meetings and manage staff training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
