Manages referrals and prior authorizations with insurance carriers, ensuring smooth patient service.

Affords assistance with patient concerns and complaints, serving as a liaison between patients, physicians, and other providers.

Minimum Job Requirements for an Ambulatory Patient Services Coordinator

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirements may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
