Your Responsibilities
- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
- Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management
- Avoid authorization and/or prior authorization
- Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
Qualifications
- A High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred)
Schedule
Full Time: 7am-4pm and 10am-7pm
Pay Range
$20-$24 (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
