About the role

The Patient Service Specialist is an integral part of the patient experience and a key contributor to delivering high quality customer service to our patients and visitors that is caring, consistent and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support in the clinic setting to patients and families, members of the care team and administrative leaders
• Ensures the smooth operation of the medical office

Requirements

• Education: H.S. diploma or equivalent required
• Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred
• Experience: Proven customer service experience required
• Experience: Experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred
