About the role
We want each patient to have an exceptional experience starting at the front desk. This is where you come in as a Patient Service Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Manage both the patient side and the business side of our outpatient physical therapy center.
- Communicate with insurance companies and translation services.
- Manage co-pays, payer approvals, and insurance authorizations and verifications.
- Conduct patient registrations and schedule appointments in person and via phone.
- Provide information about what to expect during a patient's visit and their next appointment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of front desk experience.
- Healthcare experience.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
$18/hour, with increases based on experience.
Schedule
20 hours at Chesterfield & 20 hours at Kirkwood.
