Patient Service Representative- Specialty Clinic

Full-time Patient Service Representative position based at the Specialty Clinic in Viroqua, WI. You will be part of a caring team, supported to learn and grow confidently, with VMH promoting work‑life balance and appreciating contributions in a rural community setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and schedule patients
• Collect required information to accurately process patient registration
• Handle multi-line telephone reception
• Collect co-pays
• Provide customer service
• Perform general clerical duties

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multi‑task
• Compassionate service attitude
• Experience as a receptionist in a medical setting (strongly preferred)
• Proficient data entry and computer skills
• Experience with Epic (a plus)
