Assists patients in obtaining necessary medical care and services. Participates in patient education and counseling sessions.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Providing patient information and referrals
• Handling billing inquiries and processing payments
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
