About the role

St. Mary’s Medical Center is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to work in our HIMG Communications Department. This individual will meet and greet patients for the Clinic as needed, schedule patient appointments, answer telephones, and direct calls to appropriate personnel or departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients for the Clinic
• Schedule patient appointments
• Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate personnel or departments
• File, fax, copy, and send reports as necessary
• Perform other office-related duties as needed or directed
