Patient Service Representative- Clinic

Full‑time Patient Service Representative position based at the Viroqua Medical Clinic in Viroqua, WI, with occasional coverage at other clinic locations as needed. Responsibilities

• Greet and schedule patients
• Collect required information for accurate patient registration
• Handle multi‑line telephone reception
• Collect co‑pays
• Provide customer service
• Perform general clerical duties

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and provide service with compassion
• Experience as a receptionist in a medical setting (strongly preferred)
• Proficient data entry and computer skills
• Experience with Epic (a plus)

Schedule

Weekday shifts ranging from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with rotating Saturday hours approximately every 6th Saturday from 7:45 am to 12:15 pm.
