Patient Service Representative- Cancer Care
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner
- Answer telephones and route calls appropriately
- Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars
- Perform general office duties as assigned

- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred
- Additional Skills/Requirements: N/A
- Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills

Pay
$3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
Schedule
40 hours per week | 8-hour shifts | operating hours: Monday–Friday, between 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM
